READY TO RENT - Please follow the following steps & read the disclosure.

STEP#1 Print and fill out the APPLICATION FOR TENANCY. (Click for PDF form.)
              (All occupants 18 and older must fill out an application.)
STEP#2: Please attach a Check or Money Order in the amount of $40.00.
(If there is more than one applicant, only one fee will be necessary. However, further assistance may be needed  in obtaining another processing fee to run a full check -out to complete the application process.)
STEP#3: Processing of the application will begin after the check clears.



DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

PPMCLLC will be providing the screening of your application.
  1. PPMCLLC will perform a Credit Check. The prospective tenant's credit is not our deciding factor if we rent to you or not. Credit problems are okay with us. We will work with you. You must have a job and be able to prove your income.A letter from your employer will not be sufficient. Copies of your current paystubs and last year's tax return may be required and necessary to confirm that you can afford the rental unit. 
  2. PPMCLLC will be performing a Registry Background Check. A State(s) wide check will provide the information from any District Court House confirming if you have ever received a "Failure To Pay Rent Notice" or have ever been evicted.
  3. PPMCLLC will be performing a Criminal Background Check. This State(s) wide check is for the safety of all of our Tenants and Owners. Feel free to call our Office during regular business hours to discuss your independent prior or current circumstance, if you feel you need to do so.
  4. All Rental Units are Leased for a minimum period of twelve months. Longer terms are greatly appreciated. (Special deals may be applied.)
  5. All Tenant Prospects prior to moving in, will need to leave a Deposit for the Property. Normally, we collect the first month's rent and we will need to collect a Security Deposit which is equal to the first month's rent. (PPMCLLC, unfortunately cannot work out any payment plans regarding your Security Deposit. It MUST be paid in FULL. Your "Holding Deposit" will secure your rental unit. This deposit normally is equal to the first month's rent. This will allow our company to stop marketing, "showing" of that said rental unit.) ALL "HOLDING DEPOSITS" ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  A "security Deposit" MUST be collected in full by PPMCLLC PRIOR to your "Move-In Date". This deposit will be kept in a SEPARATE "Escrow Account". Your "Security Deposit" will be REFUNDED to you in accordance with the State of Maryland laws mandating the provisions of a "Security Deposit".
PPMCLLC understands that people have many issues and circumstances and is inviting you the opportunity to be our Tenant. Please feel free to call our Office during "regular" Business Hours to discuss, disclose, or simply talk about your circumstance. One of our Agents will do whatever we can to help you out and possibly get you your "Approval" to get into one of our great rental apartments or homes.
